  • A Covert Customer is an experienced assessor who will discreetly visit your restaurant, thoroughly reporting on your strengths and - more importantly - where they feel there is room for improvement.

    You will receive a clear and concise report to aid in any refinements required - from pre-visit interactions, arrival and first impressions, comfort, cleanliness, ambience, service, food and drink quality, to the final check out stage.

  • Every restaurant is unique - from menu offerings to location, each venue is offered a calculated fee for the assessment. The fee has been outlined in our introductory letter. For those who have not received a letter, please get in touch and we can put you on our waiting list for introduction.

  • Please email office@covertcustomers.com or fill in our online contact form with your restaurant name and postcode as reference. We will then send you a secure invoice, which will ensure your booking once payment is confirmed. A Covert Customer duo will then visit your establishment within 8 weeks.
